Hi Howard! I do remember your call today and I do remember telling you to reach out to Twin Cities Billiards as this they do great work and they do singles. We have only ever done 12 pcs or more since the day we opened in a two garage 12 years ago. While I thank you for taking the time to write this review, however this review does not reflect on the work we have done because we have never done work for you yet.

I called asking them to embroider a name above the right pocket and sew on three patches for two new uniform shirts. They won't do this. Couldn't be bothered. So much for trying to support a local business. If I could post this with NO stars it would be more accurate.

Sorry you feel this way Billyuba. We have had our 12 garment minimum for 13 years now even back when I was in my parents garage just starting out. I do remember our phone conversation and directed you to another shop that could run your letterman's jacket as we're just not setup to run specialty items like those. Overrated and overpriced. Done business twice with these guys, totally thought being a returning customer would give me a juice card or even a discount when I Tried to get my sons High School letterman jacket embroidered but they wont do single items?!? Aint worth their time is what I was told. But if I had say 12 or more they could do it. Get REAL! They COULD do it but are too greedy! Seriously gonna review these lazy inconsiderate money hungry chumps on every social media site I can think of. Zak, your business should try to help EVERYONE and not just commercial businesses! Shame on you for pretending to care about us average citizens while only really caring about you bottom dollar!

Wow this is a shocker! Havent heard from you in almost 2 years from your last order. Was there an issue? Google Ratings for small family businesses like ours is very important to us. 1 star review with no explanation is rough in this pandemic environment when were just trying to make ends meet. Ill be the first to admit a mistake and we always remedy it, but with no explanation nor any contact for 2 years I have no idea what we did to earn this rating.
